Responsible for the personal data protection. -Red de Laboratorios Nacionales Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada de Capital Variable, known as “LACLICSA Laboratorios”, located in Av. Xel Ha M. 23 L. 4-1 Depto. A S. M. 26, C.P.77509, in the city of Cancún , Benito Juárez delegation, in the state of Quintana Roo, México; is responsible for the recollection and handling of personal data, assuring the most strict confidentiality in the recollection and handling of your personal data. We therefore put at your disposition our Privacy Notice.
Types of handled personal data. – LACLICSA Laboratorios compromises to handle the surrendered personal data with total confidentiality and to take all the necessary measures to maintain such information safely. Your personal data that can be retrieved through our closed circuit systems, as well as telephonically, directly in any of our facilities, on demand sampling at home, or by being hired by a third party whether that is a natural or a legal person might be: Name, gender, birth date, phone number, federal taxpayer registry, fiscal or particular address, email, sources of employment, personal image, and health information, which of are considered sensible personal data related to your health.
Personal data handling purposes. -The personal data collected is handled in accordance to the articles 15 and 16 of the LFPDPPP, 26 and 27 Regulation of Law, therefore we inform you that your general personal data, as well as your sensitive personal data will be collected through electronic mediums and/or any other medium to be used by “Laclicsa Laboratorios” for the following purposes:
- To verify and confirm your identity, inform you on our products and services, make personal promotional offers, generate a cost quotation, provide client service services, carry a control and registry of our services as well as an electronic clinical history, solve suggestions, complaints, and clarifications that could exist regarding our services, and for the registry and control of visitors and collaborators with the aim to guarantee the safety of our facilities.
Personal data transference. – We inform you that your personal data can be transferred inside and outside of the country for your Doctor or Medical Team for their valuation and eventual diagnosis, as well as for providers of clinical analysis services of LACLICSA Laboratorios, or with your employer, with the only aim to provide for you our services of analysis and clinical information.
Revocation of consent and exercise of rights (ARCO) Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition. – You have the right to Access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the treatment of them, or to revoke the consent that you have granted us, through the procedures that we have established for this.
